2. Ordering & Confirmation

  • All orders must be placed through our official website.
  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation message/email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the provided shipping address or contact details are incomplete or suspicious.

3. Payment Policy

  • We offer two flexible payment methods:
  • Cash on Delivery (COD):* Pay in cash to the courier representative upon receiving your parcel.
  • Advance Payment:* Pay securely via Direct Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash. (Orders with advance payment are processed and dispatched on priority).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We provide doorstep delivery across Karachi and all major cities/towns in Pakistan.
  • Delivery Timeline:* Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days within Karachi, and 3 to 5 working days for the rest of Pakistan.
  • Delivery Charges:* Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your parcel and your location, which will be visible at the checkout page before completing your order.

5. Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the organic nature of vermicompost, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product packaging has been opened or unsealed.
  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or torn, please do not accept it from the courier and report it to our customer support team within 24 hours.

6. Product Usage Disclaimer

  • Our vermicompost is a 100% organic and natural fertilizer. However, plant growth also heavily depends on environmental factors, soil quality, and overall care. We do not guarantee identical or immediate results
